In March 2026, we participated in the ARTDOM 2026 exhibition alongside @oboi1_ru and @antonzudakov. This is one of the largest and most anticipated events in the design and interior industry in Russia.
We took a non-standard approach to designing the booth: we wanted to create not just an exhibition, but a sense of human presence in the space. We explored how form can influence one’s state — both externally and internally. It was particularly valuable that visitors appreciated this idea, even though they interpreted it differently: some saw a cracked jug in the sand, others a female silhouette, and still others a seed from which life is born.
The prototype for the object was a fruit from southern countries: as it ripens, it opens up and releases seeds. In our interpretation, the form resembled a womb — a person entering it found themselves as if “inside the fruit.” Silence, soft light, tranquility. And stepping out into the noisy hall felt like a symbolic rebirth. The construction was technically complex: the form was assembled at the factory, cut into pieces, transported, and reassembled. The result was perfectly imperfect — with character and a lively plasticity. Inside the booth, FEDOROVA ELEMENTS furniture and works by sculptor Petr Zaitsev were on display.
